By volunteering with CrayonCollection101, you agree to support our mission of reducing crayon waste and promoting sustainability. Together, we aim to repurpose discarded crayons, reducing landfill waste and providing art resources for children.

We value respect, responsibility, and kindness. As a volunteer, you agree to act professionally and respectfully towards all members, staff, and community partners. Maintaining a positive and inclusive environment is essential to our mission.
 

3. Reliability and Punctuality

Volunteers play a vital role in our operations. Please be reliable and punctual for all scheduled volunteer activities. If you’re unable to attend an event or activity, notify your coordinator as soon as possible.
 

4. Confidentiality

You may encounter sensitive information during your volunteer activities. Volunteers are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of CrayonCollection101, including details about operations, partners, and other volunteers. Unauthorized sharing of information is prohibited.
 

5. Health and Safety

Your safety and the safety of others are our priority. Follow all health and safety guidelines provided by CrayonCollection101 staff. We encourage you to voice any concerns and exercise caution during all volunteer activities.
 

6. Use of Personal Information

We will use your contact information solely to communicate about volunteer-related matters. Additionally, photos or videos taken during events may be used for CrayonCollection101’s promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.
 

7. Termination of Agreement

Your volunteer role is at-will, meaning you or CrayonCollection101 may end the volunteer relationship at any time. We appreciate your dedication and ask that you provide notice if you decide to discontinue your volunteer activities.
